Our refund and cancellation policy for Funtoosh subscriptions purchased via Google Play.

1. How Subscriptions Work

Each Funtoosh app is available on a subscription basis through the Google Play Store. Plans vary by app:

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged through your Google Play account using the payment method on file. Current pricing for each app is always shown on its Google Play Store listing before purchase. Pricing is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

We may offer free trials from time to time. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Unused free trial time is forfeited upon purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Funtoosh subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How to Cancel

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions and find Funtoosh
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts

After cancellation, your access to Funtoosh premium content will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period unless you are eligible under our refund policy below.

3. Refund Eligibility

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

⚠️ Note: Refunds are generally not available for subscription periods that have already been partially or fully used, or for change-of-mind cancellations. Google Play's refund window also applies — refund requests are typically processed within 48 hours of the purchase for new subscriptions.

4. How to Request a Refund

There are two ways to request a refund:

Option A: Through Google Play (Fastest)

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. Find your Funtoosh subscription and click Report a problem
  3. Select the reason and submit

Google typically processes refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Option B: Contact Us Directly

Email us at support@funtooshcartoon.com with:

We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve your issue promptly.

5. Google Play Refund Policy

Because Funtoosh subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store, Google's refund policies also apply. Google may automatically grant refunds for qualifying purchases within a short window after the initial purchase.

6. Unauthorised Charges

If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation (for example, if a child made a purchase without parental permission), please contact us immediately at support@funtooshcartoon.com.

We take these situations seriously and will work with you and Google Play to investigate and resolve unauthorised charges as quickly as possible.

To prevent unauthorised purchases, we recommend enabling purchase approval in your Google Play Family settings if children have access to your device.
