How It Started

A Dream to Make Screen Time Matter

Funtoosh was born out of a simple but powerful question: Why can't kids have digital content that's both genuinely fun and genuinely good for them?

We saw children spending hours on apps that offered empty entertainment — flashy but hollow, engaging but not enriching. We knew there was a better way. So we built Funtoosh.

Starting with India's rich tradition of storytelling — from folk tales and moral stories to modern adventures — we set out to create a world where every minute a child spends on a screen adds up to something meaningful.

Frustrated by the lack of quality, safe content for Indian kids, our founders decide to build the platform they always wished existed.

Our team pours months into designing, developing and testing the flagship Funtoosh app — curating games, videos, comics, jokes and stories.

Funtoosh Goes Live!

The Funtoosh app launches on Google Play Store — free, safe and packed with content for kids in English and Hindi. The journey begins.
